陈吉平研究员,中科院大连化物所博士生导师、中科院首席研究员,任环境评价与分析研究组(103组)组长、中科院大连化物所现代分析中心主任、辽宁省快速检测技术与痕量分析重点实验室主任,入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次、大连市首批领军人才、大连市优秀专家。主要从事复杂环境样品的分离分析、POPs类污染物的超痕量分析方法与环境监测技术研发,新型污染物分析方法建立,环境污染物的环境行为与生态毒理效应评估等研究工作。兼任中国毒理学会分析毒理专业委员会委员、中国环境科学学会持久性有机污染物专业委员会委员、中国生态学会微生物生态专业委员会委员,生态毒理学报、环境化学、Journal of Environmental Science编委。十一五和十二五分别作为863项目召集人和首席专家,主持863项目2项,国家自然科学基金项目7项,参加并完成了科技部973、支撑和攻关项目系列课题。在POPs类污染物的环境检测-环境行为-毒性效应方面开展了较系统的研究工作。已在环境和分析科学领域权威刊物Environmental Science & Technology、Chemosphere、Atmospheric Environment、Journal of Chromatography A、Analytica chimica acta等杂志上发表论文300余篇,其中SCI收录论文200余篇,授权发明专利70多项,先后获得获环保部环境保护科学技术二等奖,大连市技术发明一等奖,辽宁省科技进步二等奖。
