张海军，2004年毕业于中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所获得博士学位。2005年1月到中科院大连化学物理研究所工作至今，2011年赴瑞士联邦材料科技研究所（Empa）进行访问学者研究工作，2012年入选“辽宁省百千万人才工程”千人层次，2013年晋升为研究员。环境科学学会持久性有机污染物专业委员会委员、中国毒理学会分析毒理专业委员会委员、中国环境诱变剂学会暴露组学与暴露科学专业委员会委员。主要从事环境有机污染物分析方法发展、污染控制及其相关环境健康科学问题研究，具体研究方向为：（1）基于色谱和高分辨质谱的环境有机污染物高灵敏分析方法及高通量筛查技术，（2）有机污染物的环境迁移转化行为、大气二次有机气溶胶的生成机制，（3）持久性有机污染物的毒性效应分析和毒性作用方式研究、及高毒性有机污染物的人体内外暴露分析，（4） 焚烧源卤代有机污染物的生成和转化机制、及二噁英等持久性有机污染物的减排控制技术。作为项目/课题负责人和主要参加人承担国家、省部级项目15项，累计发表论文120余篇（其中SCI收录论文70余篇），累积它引次数2200余次。在 Environ. Sci. Technol.、Environ. Int.、Appl. Catal. B: Environ.、J. Hazard. Mater等SCI 一区期刊上发表文章40余篇。2014年获得大连市科学技术局技术发明一等奖1项，2016年获得辽宁省科技厅科技进步二等奖1项。
