个人简介 

 倪余文，男，博士，正高级工程师。主要从事持久性有机污染物分析、环境监测技术与环境监测设备等方面研究工作，目前参与国家重大科研仪器研制项目“烟气中超痕量二噁英直接在线检测仪器研制”（22127809）研究。开发了焚烧烟气二恶英常规/连续采样技术、液相-气相联用接口在线浓缩技术，开发了二恶英在线监测的液相色谱净化技术。研制了二恶英连续采样仪、大气采样仪、烟道气动力采样仪、荧光探针农药残留检测仪和中红外土壤石油烃现场快速筛查仪等仪器设备。

2015年获环保部环境保护科技进步二等奖，2016年获大连市科技进步一等奖和2017年辽宁省科技进步二等奖。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文65篇，授权发明专利23项。
